Wow, what an amazing day we had!
We set out early to beat the forecasted wind change. The sunrise was nothing short of spectacular and a sure sign of the ride to come.
The run to the pin was on glass and just surreal.
We gathered everyone up at the usual meeting place in Jet Ski Bay and set course through the bar and northwards along North Straddie.
There was a light westerly so we rode in close to the breakers (if you could call them that). There was no swell to speak of at all. We stopped a fair bit along the way.
There was a large school of Dolphins that joined the ride and the water was so clear Geoff said he could see Crabs walking along the seabed!
There was no wind and with the water sooo clear we could hear the Dolphins clicking and Whistling. Wait untill you see the video!
We enjoyed a Tea and Coffee break with heaps of the usual Jet Ski jibber jabber.
Somehow I managed to get sunburned and it was so hot we all had to peel of the layers. Isn't it June?
Eventually we made our way back to Jumpinpin for a last chat before we all raced for home :)
Thanks to everyone who joined the ride and we look froward to seeing you all next time!

Wow, what an amazing ride - again.
Whats with the Dolphins lately? They seem to be completely obsessed with Jet Skis all over Queensland! Maybe they read Unicorn the magical Jet Ski :)

Enjoy the vid!
